Excellent attention to detail, accurate, experience with simply accounting a must, prior payroll experience, unionized experience required. Excellent spreadsheet capabilities using excel. Previous experience working in a construction company an asset.
Tendering and bids are a requirement Handling A/P and A/R Collecting of unionized payroll hours and reporting these to the Accountant for payroll purposes. Answer phones, take messages for owner, handling of banking, filing, and general office duties.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Certificate in accounting from a recognized college.
