SKILLS

Excellent accounting/junior accountant skills required

Attention to detail, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to take initiative

Responsible, flexible with hours, dependable

Excellent computer skills using MS Office, along with Accounting/Payroll software

Must be organized and a multi-tasker.

Previous work/experience working in a tool and mold environment is required.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of all payroll for employees working in the plant, making sure information is accurate and correct.

Answer phones, forwarding messages.

Responding to emails as requested by Owner

Greeting customers coming into the office.

Filing of all company documents, quotes, invoices into appropriate files.

Invoicing new clients, handling of A/P and A/R using Accounting software.

Working alongside Sales with handling of quotes, following up on quotes for purchasing.

*Must have transportation. Position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. Start time would be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.*


EDUCATION


Post Secondary education from recognized college or university in business/accounting/finance or equivalent work experience.
