Strong math and analytical skills and technical aptitude
Strong understanding of hand tool, crane handling and procedures
Strong knowledge in mold set-up, start, mold changes, trouble shooting defects, process adjustments, debugging and shutdown

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor & verify against work order for cycle times and mold cavitation on all machines daily, submitting changes to the direct Manager
Provide technical support to shift for trouble shooting and problem resolution. Ensure equipment and processes meet and sustain standard production outputs
Monitor & record mold performance in order to recommend the best mold and machine combination
Continuous improvement
Issue work orders for any work required to be performed to equipment and tooling
Assist in shut-downs and start-ups and change overs
Operate overhead crane

COMPENSATION / SHIFTS
$22/hr. - $27/hr. dependent on experience
Monday - Thursday; days 6:00am - 6:00pm and nights 6:00pm - 6:00am
Friday - Sunday; days 6:00am - 6:00pm and nights 6:00pm - 6:00am
Overtime after 44 hours
