RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Package flowers for delivery
- Deliver flowers to customers as per schedule
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the flower shop and delivery vehicle
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate flower shop equipment, including cash register
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to work well with others in a team environment
- Must like small dogs
