Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Office Administration for one of our Real Estate clients. If you are responsible and mature and are able to preform a variety of Administration and clerical tasks, than this is the position for you!

Must have experience in the Real Estates field as well as hold a Office Administrative diploma or related experience


Duties Include
:

-Greeting visitors and answering phones
-Processing real estate deal transactions using the Lone Wolf accounting system
-Managing and verifying all paperwork associated with the sale and listing of a property
-Auditing documentation received for accuracy
-Reviewing all submitted paperwork , ensuring completeness
-Communicating with the agents and lawyers to complete files
-Social Media marketing
-Ensuring office supplies are ordered
-other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

-Passionate and determined individual
-Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
-Results driven with superior mulit-tasking, prioritization. and organizations skills
-Strong problems- solving skills and the ability to use sound judgement
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-Creative and Tech Savvy

*Hours of operation
Mon-Thurs 9-5
Fridays 9-4:30
