Post Secondary education from recognized college or university in business/accounting/finance or equivalent work experience.
Excellent accounting/junior accountant skills required
Attention to detail
Ability to take initiative
Responsible, flexible with hours, dependable
Excellent computer skills using MS Office along with Quick Books
Answer phones, forwarding messages.
Responding to emails as requested by Management
Setting up of office, must be organized and a multi-tasker.
Filing of all company documents, quotes, invoices
Invoicing new clients, handling of A/P and A/R using QuickBooks software
Working alongside Sales with handling of quotes, following up on quotes for purchasing.
Willingness to learn business, flexible with starting hours and willing to grow with a new, exciting company in the city.
Must have transportation.
