Job Description

Our client is seeking a candidate who has completed their Business Accounting Diploma from a recognized college and/or university and/or, have their CPA designation.


  • MUST have SAP work experience
  • Experience working in a Union environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office work experience
  • Able to read, write, speak and take direction in English
  • Prepare, review, analyze and maintain various reports
  • Maintenance of general and cost accounting records
  • Preparation of cost distributions
  • Preparation of journal entries
  • Closing and balancing of ledgers
  • To verify computerized standard cost reports to accounting records
  • Analyze standard cost reports and identify variances for use by management in cost control and reporting
  • Prepare government reports
  • Reconciliations of ledger accounts
  • Review and analyze and prepare various reports
  • Assist in the resolution of discrepancies
  • Prepare A/P vouchers for disbursements
  • Any other related accounting work as required
  • $30.82/hr
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
