RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting the General Manager with Recruiting, hiring and developing Team Members and Shift Leads
  • Assisting the General Manager with Conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire, ensuring the Team Member is properly trained and developed
  • Assisting the General Manager with Scheduling of employees making sure that each Team member is being utilized and deployed correctly on the job
  • Assisting the General Manager with Addressing any performance issues that may occur with the Team Members
  • Interacting in a positive way with customers, Management and the Restaurant Team
  • Assisting the General Manager with Engaging the Team to make sure that they understand the business priorities of the Restaurant, always keeping in mind it is about the "Customer Experience"
  • Assisting the General Manager with Resolving any conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Assisting the General Manager with Managing inventory
