Job Description

Our client has expanded their business in Windsor and are looking for a Rental Coordinator to join their team! If you enjoy working with the public and looking for a opportunity to put your experience of rental equipment to use, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to commercial/construction rentals customers by understanding their needs and providing the best solution.
  • Ensure customers receive the proper product and paperwork on time, every time.
  • Process orders and create jobs in the client's computer system.
  • Work with yard workers to ensure proper product is loaded on trucks to be sent to customer sites.
  • Work with yard workers to ensure the product is correctly inventoried when it returns to the yard.
  • Enter payroll hours and related expenses against a variety of jobs to generate weekly or monthly invoices.
  • Work with Program Managers to ensure jobs stay on budget through monitoring hours and related expenses to quoted hours and costs.
  • Work with Program Managers to ensure jobs stay on budget.
  • Track outstanding receivables and payables.
  • Work in the yard with yard workers to load, unload, and re-stock inventory as required.
  • Perform office administration and receptionist duties; greeting new clients; coordinating the return of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an Construction equipment within a rental environment is a must
  • 2 years experience with tracking inventory (shipping and logistics)
  • Demonstrated customer service, ability to process sales orders
  • Outside warehouse yard experience with the knowledge of construction equipment rental is a must
  • Experience tracking jobs; generating invoices based on hours worked and materials used reflecting the construction equipment rentals
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work independently while still being part of a larger team
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English



Shifts & wage:

Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 4:00pm
Wage dependent on work experience Max = $24.00
