You are able to:
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Use of hand and power tools; pneumatic drills, rivet guns, caulking guns, grinders, utility knives and sanders
- Accurately read and use tape measure in metric and imperial
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Punctual, Responsible, Dependable, no absenteeism
- Physically able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds, overhead reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, twisting
- Possess effective communication and organizational skills; English read, write, speak
You will be:
- Unloading panels after being cut on CNC
- Using pneumatic and manual hand tools to assemble panel in a production environment
- Visually inspecting panels for damages/scratches
- Assisting in packaging finished panels as to prevent damages during transportation
- Wear personal perfective equipment (PPE) at all time, this includes steel toes CSA safety shoes, safety glasses and mask
- Other duties as assigned
